Story Summary
Short and to the point
The Outer Limits story takes place during Neo Queen Serenity and Neo King Edymions' rule. The basic jist of the story is that for some reason, which I havn't been able to explain, the Sailor Scouts of the Royal court aren't able to fight the negeaverse so new scouts are reqruited to fight in their place.
