Hosting is now open. All who wish to be hosted please use the form below, but first read the rules and please abide by them. Please take notice that I am only hosting 10 websites (I may increase this if the people I host have small websites) so get your request in and be ready to receive an e-mail from me from which you must respond so I do not waste my time setting up your account then not have you ever respond.

If you are new to the hosting idea then here is a brief explanation for you. First and foremost, it is free. Hosting is a way for new website developers to have an ad free website. Hosting works much like Yahoo Geocities and all those other free website service places but, like I said, there are no ads and absolutely no cost. You, as a hostee, are allowed up to 15MB (more upon request) of space to host your website on. You also receive a username and password which allows you access into your web storage area.

1. Your website must not exceed 15 MB.
2. I will not tolerate or permit any porn, hentai, or hate material to be hosted.
3. I ask that you keep in contact with me, this can be done through e-mail or AIM. Just a quick "Hello" really just to let me know you are still active.
4. I also ask that you update at the very least once a week. This again will allow me to know that you are still active.
5. You MUST have a visiable link back to StarlightDreamer.NET on every page.
6. I WILL NOT host space for you so that you can host images and other files for use else where.

Remember: I'm looking for small or medium sized websites. I ask that you have had some time working with websites before you decided to apply here. Also, you will need to know how you use FTP.
